Mama Kate's New Age Bookstore is a division of The New Earth Pagan Shop, a little mom-and-pop online store (although Pop doesn't have anything to do with it... *grin*). I've decided to combine all my sites into one so I can better serve my customers, visitors, and all my other friends who stop by. It's slow going right now (I'm back in school) but it'll get there.

I've been a witch (not Wiccan) for most of my life - even as a very little girl, going to church with Grandma, I knew I was 'different' - the guys walking down the aisle with the incense were cool, but church just wasn't for me; I always wanted to be just like Samantha from Bewitched - that was my lofty goal back then. Well, it may not like work like it did for Samantha, but I kept that goal.

I've also been a "fortune-teller" since I was 18. I learned to read the cards from my cousin's maternal grandmother, who said she learned from a 'gypsy', a real Romani woman, and have had clients from all over the U.S. and several other countries.

I am also an author with several books, articles, and reports to my credit, including one teaching others how to read the cards. Most all of them have been written under my "Craft name", ThunderWolf, but I'm older now and have "progressed" I guess you'd say, so I'm just Mama Kate (everybody's mama LOL) You can check out a list of my ebooks and reports here: Books by ThunderWolf when I get the page up.

My customers - you - are my first concern. This site exists to serve you, to help you realize your unique potential and create the life you want. My products, articles and services are provided with your benefit first and foremost in my mind.

My word is my bond. I value the trust you place in me and I intend to keep that trust sacred. I am human though (contrary to what some around me believe! *grin*) so if I do make a mistake please realize it's just that - a mistake - and let me know about it. Sometimes things just don't work out right 100% of the time, but I will go the extra mile to make sure I keep my word to you.

3. Long-term Relationships:
I believe business is all about relationships and I value and strive to honor the ones I form with my customers and associates. I know you're not just a credit card number, you're a real person who may have questions and concerns, so I make myself available to you in several ways which are listed on the Contact Me page. I will always respond to you if you want a response.

4. Constant and Never-ending Improvement:
I strive to create excellence (at least near-perfection) in everything I do and everything I produce. My goal is to make sure you can have confidence in my information, products and services. If you don't, please contact me and let me know why so I can improve that.

5. Profitability and Growth:
I generate profit and growth in order to make the rest of my values and objectives possible. Of course I'm "in it to make money", this is my livelihood; but it's my intention to be able to serve and help people from around the world while doing this. And, this is done with the previous four values kept always in mind.
