Believe it or not, there are lot more medical treatments than conventional medicine would like you to know about. I'm not saying doctor's don't have a place in your medical care; I would never tell you not to see your doctor. However, there are many forms of alternative medicine such as homeopathic medicine, massage therapy, aromatherapy, bio-feedback, nutrition counselling, etc. Each of these approaches focuses on you as an individual so you have your needs addressed in a way that's comfortable for you and that works to alleviate not only the symptoms, but the root cause of your problems.

There's not much here yet but I'm working hard on adding more every week. It's proving hard to find enough time since I've gone back to school full time; I think I've finally found my rhythm though between school and work, so we're up and running at last!
